The Assets module in ABRA Flexi is used to maintain records of minor and long-term tangible and intangible assets, including assets acquired through leasing.
It provides complete management of asset cards, calculation of tax and accounting depreciation, and tracking of the location of individual items.
🧾 Assets
The basic register of all asset items of the company – tangible, intangible, and minor.
This section stores information about:
acquisition cost, date of acquisition, and date of commissioning,
technical improvements, disposal, or sale,
depreciation method and residual value,
storage location and responsible person.
The register also includes automatic calculation of accounting and tax depreciation and its posting.

🚗 Leasing
The Leasing section is used to record assets acquired through financial or operating leases.
It stores information about the lease agreement, installments, duration, insurance, and residual value.
It enables:
calculation of costs associated with leasing,
tracking of the financial progress of installments,
integration with accounting documents and tax records.
Note! A leasing asset that has already been created cannot be terminated early in the application! In such cases, we recommend recording the individual installments in the Other Liabilities module.

🧩 Types
In this section, asset types and lease types are defined, which determine the behavior of individual records.
For example:
asset category (tangible, intangible, minor),
depreciation category,
posting of costs and revenues,
leasing recording method.

📉 Depreciation Groups
A section dedicated to defining depreciation groups in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
Each group determines:
depreciation period (in years),
depreciation method (straight-line, accelerated),
tax depreciation parameters,
accounting depreciation rates.
💡 By assigning an asset to the correct depreciation group, the corresponding depreciation schedule is automatically configured.

📍 Location
This section is used for recording the physical or organizational location of assets.
This may refer to:
a specific room, building, or cost center,
a department, job position, etc.
