Company Directory (WUI)

Working with the Address Book in the Web Interface

The Company Directory can be found in the Company Addresses menu:

By default, Flexi comes pre-configured with financial institutions such as health insurance companies, social security administration offices, and tax authorities.

A new company can be created by clicking the "New" button. A form will open where you can enter the company's details:

To get started, simply enter the company name for Czech companies and the remaining fields will be automatically populated with data from the ARES registry.

Postal Address Tab

  • on this tab you can enter a postal address if it differs from the company's registered address, and you can also provide the main contact details here (if you need to add more contact details, you can do so on the Contacts tab)

Business Settings Tab

  • here you can save time by pre-filling business details for a given company, which will then be automatically pulled through to documents when the company is selected from the company directory

  • you can set the payment method and due date for this company

  • maximum number of days overdue - if the company exceeds this period, the system will display a warning when issuing the next invoice

  • discount % - you can set an individual discount for a specific company as a percentage

  • invoicing limit - allows you to set a sales limit for a company that does not meet invoice payment deadlines. Enter the total amount of outstanding invoices that represents the limit for the given customer; when this limit is exceeded, you will be notified when saving an invoice

Texts Tab

The "Texts" tab is available in all code lists and all directories. It contains two fields where you can enter information according to your own needs. Completing these fields is optional.

  • Description: Any comment.

  • Note: Any remark.

  • Salutation: Appears in email communication only.

Attachments Tab

On this tab you can archive various documents related to the given company, such as company registry extracts or contracts.

Contact Persons Tab

Here you can enter contact persons and their contact details associated with the given company. If you would like to add more detailed information, you can access the detail view via the "pencil" icon:

  • in the right-hand panel, in addition to contact details, you can define which documents should be sent to this contact

Bank Accounts Tab

  • The list of bank accounts is defined for suppliers only. When creating a received invoice, the bank account details entered here and marked as primary will be automatically populated in the Supplier Account tab. The same applies when creating a liability.

Module Name Tabs

  • on the individual tabs such as bank, cash register, issued invoices, received invoices, etc., you can look up documents related to the given company
