It is possible to import an XML file for electronic sick leave (eNeschopenka - Illness) into Flexi.
The Social Security Administration sends XML and PDF files — notifications of the start of illness, continuation of illness, and end of illness.
For importing Illness data into the Flexi application, the functional XML files are those containing the text "vznikDpnInfo" and "ukonceniDpnInfo".
The XML file can be imported in HR Management — using the download arrow icon — Import eNeschopenka.
From version 2024.3 onwards, it is possible to import sick leave XML directly when entering absences in Payroll Update — Update Absence.
The XML file imports the illness record based on the employee's Birth Number (Rodné číslo),
and saves it under Absence — Reason for Absence — Illness,
Decision Number,
Start date xx.xx.xxxx
and, if applicable, End date xx.xx.xxxx

From version 2024.5, it is also possible to load the TrvaniDpnInfo file.
A new field has been added in Flexi — Duration Confirmed.
This serves as an informational field indicating whether the illness is still ongoing.
Importing the trvaniDpnInfo file populates the Duration Confirmed field.
