How to populate the company address book
The Business Partners – Company Addresses section stores information about your business partners. These records must be created before you start entering any documents.
You can choose between two methods:
manual entry of addresses
import from Excel, which is recommended when dealing with a large number of addresses.
When entering addresses, do not fill in the data on the Bank Details tab. To populate this information, use the Business Partners – Company Addresses – Update All function. For more information, see the article on the address book.
