Account Balances
This form allows you to view the balance and turnover of an account by debit, credit, and net balance for each cost center and account individually.
Defining Account Balance Selection Criteria
Account Balances can be found on the "Accounting" module workspace under the "Accounting Outputs" list. Clicking on the item opens the "Account Balances Setup Wizard", where you can specify the account balance parameters.
Accounting Period
Use the drop-down list to select the accounting period.
Accounts
Here you can enter accounts or a range of accounts, or select them from the list.
Both tax and non-tax
Tax only
Non-tax only
Selected Cost Centers
Here you can use the list selection to choose the cost centers to which the account balances should apply.
Activities
Here you can use the list selection to choose the activities to which the account balances should apply.
Currencies
Here you can use the list selection to choose the currencies to which the account balances should apply.
To complete the wizard, click the "Finish" button.
