Accounting Journal
The Accounting Journal is the main ledger for bookkeeping. It provides a view of entries from all accounting documents, asset depreciation, repayment schedules, and lease tax expenses. The view is defined as a split of each entry (containing the posting of the base amount and VAT) into a base amount portion and a VAT portion.
Defining the Journal Entry Selection
You can find the Accounting Journal in the top navigation of the "Accounting" module. Click on "Accounting Outputs" and select "Accounting Journal" from the list. Clicking it will launch the "Accounting Journal Creation Wizard", where you can specify the parameters for the accounting journal.
By entering these specifications, you filter the required data. No field is mandatory — only the parameters you fill in will be applied.

Selection type: "List"
When defining a selection condition for accounting outputs, the "List" type is used by default. Clicking the "Select" button opens a dialog where all available values are shown in the left-hand list. You can move values to the right-hand side by double-clicking them or using the arrow buttons. Confirming with "OK" closes the dialog and transfers the values into the condition preview. The resulting filter includes records that match any of the conditions in the list. You can also use the arrow buttons to move all values from the left side to the right, or vice versa.
