Data visibility rights restrict a user's access to individual records — specific document series, document types, or divisions, for example. If you need to remove all these restrictions at once, you don't have to go through them one by one.
Procedure
Open the user's detail in the menu Tools → Users in company.
Temporarily set the ADMIN role for the user — this role cannot have any restrictions set.
Save the user. This will clear all restrictions set so far.
Restore the user's original role and save again.
After returning to the original role, the user will remain without any data visibility restrictions.
⚠️ While the user has the ADMIN role, they gain full access to the company's data. Therefore, perform this procedure without delay and do not leave the user saved with the ADMIN role for longer than necessary.
ℹ️ Data visibility rights are only available in the Premium license. This situation cannot occur in other plans.
