Data visibility rights restrict access to individual records. They can be used to limit access to specific document series, document types, or for example cost centers.
However, there may be situations where you want to remove all restrictions for a user and it is not practical to go through each permission one by one.
The solution is to temporarily assign the user the user role ADMIN, which cannot have any restrictions set. The user must be saved. If any restrictions were previously configured, they will be removed.
If you subsequently assign the user their original role, the data visibility rights will remain without any restrictions.
