ABRA Flexi does not have a dedicated feature for consignment warehouses, and this type of record-keeping is not officially supported. Whether consignment can be handled in Flexi depends on which of the two scenarios is involved. The difference between them is fundamental.

Consignment warehouse at your customer's premises
If you send your own goods to a customer and invoice based on their actual consumption, ABRA Flexi is fully equipped to handle this. The goods remain your property throughout, they are simply located elsewhere. From an accounting standpoint, there's nothing unusual to deal with.
The process is the same as for any other warehouse:
In the list of warehouses, create a separate warehouse and name it after the specific customer.
Move the goods to it using a transfer document from your main warehouse.
Then issue delivery notes and invoices from this warehouse based on actual consumption.
💡 If you have several such locations, create a separate warehouse for each one. This gives you an immediate overview of how much stock is at which customer, including in the warehouse status as of a date overview.
A supplier's consignment warehouse located at your premises
The opposite situation, where your supplier delivers goods to your premises and you gradually draw from them, with the goods not becoming your property until they are drawn, is problematic in Flexi.
The reason lies in how warehouses feed into accounting. Every warehouse has a warehouse account set in the list of warehouses, to which the stock value is posted, typically account 132 or 112. For a warehouse representing a supplier's consignment stock, this would happen in exactly the same way. This would create an inventory value in your accounting that in fact does not belong to you and should not appear in your books.
⚠️ When posting inventory using Method A, this approach is not usable. A supplier's warehouse located at your premises cannot be recorded in Flexi under Method A without its value being reflected in the accounts.
A theoretical option with Method B
There is room for this kind of record-keeping only when posting inventory using Method B. In this mode, individual warehouse movements are not posted to accounts, so the consignment warehouse balance does not continuously appear in your accounting. At year-end, when the warehouse balance is posted to the relevant accounts, it would then be possible to exclude this specific warehouse from the calculation.
⚠️ This is a procedure outside the application's standard support. Before implementing it, have it confirmed by your accountant or tax advisor. ABRA Flexi will allow you to enter the document, but it does not determine whether the accounting treatment is correct.
