The module supports electronic banking, exchange rate management (a dedicated code list), export to Excel, and generation of internal documents when settling exchange rate differences.

  • management of cash register documents (cash),

  • management of bank documents (non-cash payments),

  • matching payments with invoices / receivables / liabilities,

  • printing of the cash book and bank book,

  • support for foreign currencies (exchange rates in the code list),

  • export to XLS, integration with electronic banking,

  • labels for documents, filtering, and overviews.

📂 Main Overviews

🧾 Cash Register

A list of all cash register documents — add, edit, reverse, print (including simplified tax documents), and export to XLS.
Options include payment matching, creating an asset document from a cash register document, and instant posting when pre-configured posting rules and cost centres are set.

Note: changing the analytics on a matched cash register document will also apply the change to the related document.

🏦 Bank

A list of bank documents — add, edit, reverse, import statements, match payments, and export to XLS.
Option to print the bank book and monitor the balance.

💳 Payment Order

Create and manage payment orders: select unpaid documents, print, and export to bank formats. If an invoice signature is required, it must be completed before the invoice can be added to a payment order.

🧾 Direct Debit Order

Manage direct debit orders (can also be created in the Sales module). Create, edit, print, and export.

🖥️ Workspace – Main & Below the Line

The workspace provides quick links to the described agendas. Below the line you will find auxiliary settings and print functions.

📕 Cash Book

Print the cash book for a selected cash register and period.

📘 Bank Book

Print the bank book for a selected bank account and period.

🧾 Cash Register List

Define cash registers (currency, account, posting rules, cost centres). Every cash register document must have an assigned cash register and transaction type — these determine which document series are used.

🏧 Bank Account List

Define bank accounts (account number, bank code, currency, electronic banking details, default accounts/posting rules).

🔁 Posting Rules

All posting rules can be exported to Excel.

🔢 Document Series

Configure numbering for cash register and bank documents (prefix, numeric part, suffix, period). Predefined templates can be customised.

📊 Document Line Item Overviews

Consolidated listings of line items from cash register and bank documents — for payment verification, analysis, and reporting. Items can be filtered, sorted, searched, and exported.

✅ Tips & Recommendations

  • Before processing payments in bulk, set up your cash registers and bank accounts with posting rules.

  • For companies using foreign currencies, carefully maintain the exchange rate code list — the system uses these rates for conversion and generates exchange rate difference documents at period close.

  • When working with electronic banking, verify the formats supported by your bank.

  • Enter IBANs and variable symbols for your partners to ensure smooth payment matching.
