Record Change History

How to View Changes on a Specific Record

Written by Lenka Haringerová

🕓 Record Change History (Journal)

In selected registers of ABRA Flexi, all changes to records and their individual fields are tracked – this is known as the journal.
This makes it easy to find out when, who, and what was changed (e.g. a price, account, product parameter, etc.).

🔍 Viewing the Change History

  1. Open the desired register (e.g. an invoice, price list, or address book).

  2. Click the 🧩 Record Change History button in the top toolbar of the table or form.

  3. In the Select user query dialog that opens, choose the "Record Change History" query.

  4. Confirm by clicking "Finish" or pressing Enter.

🧾 Working with the Change History

In the change history window, you can:

  • sort, filter, and export records,

  • change the displayed columns and their order,

  • analyze when and by whom a specific change was made.

💡 Note:
The journal does not record field values at the time a record is first created;
only subsequent changes are logged.
